SHIPPING POLICY

1. Shipping Coverage

We ship to all locations across India, including metro cities, tier-2/tier-3 cities, and remote areas. All orders are fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner, Printrove.

2. Free Shipping

We offer FREE shipping on all orders. There are no minimum order requirements. No hidden shipping charges will be added at checkout.

3. Order Processing Time

Since all our products are custom-made and printed on demand, please allow time for production before shipping:

  • Production Time: 3-7 business days after order confirmation
  • Production begins immediately upon order confirmation and payment
  • You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched

Please note: Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched:

  • Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, etc.): 5-7 business days
  • Tier-2/Tier-3 Cities: 7-10 business days
  • Remote/Rural Areas & Northeast India: 10-14 business days

Total estimated time from order to delivery: 8-21 business days (production + shipping combined).

These are estimated timelines and not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location and courier partner availability.

5. Shipping Partners

Orders are shipped through reputed courier partners used by Printrove, which may include Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ecom Express, India Post, and other reliable logistics providers. The courier partner is assigned automatically based on your delivery location and serviceability.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and courier details
  • You can track your order using the tracking link provided in the email
  • If you do not receive tracking information within 10 business days of placing your order, please contact us at fans@hangukverse.com

7. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2-3 times
  • If delivery fails after all attempts, the order may be returned to the warehouse
  • In case of a failed delivery due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, we are not responsible for re-shipping costs
  • Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and PIN code are accurate at the time of ordering

8. Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • High order volumes during sales or festive seasons
  • Natural disasters, floods, or extreme weather conditions
  • Courier partner delays or logistics disruptions
  • Government restrictions or lockdowns
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
  • Remote location serviceability issues

We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed of any significant delays. Delayed delivery does not entitle you to a refund unless the item is not delivered at all (see our Return and Refund Policy).

9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at fans@hangukverse.com
  • Provide your order number, photos of the damaged item/packaging (minimum 2 photos), and a description of the issue
  • We will investigate and offer a free replacement or full refund as per our Return and Refund Policy

10. Incorrect Address

It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping charges may apply.

11. PIN Code Serviceability

While we ship all over India, some remote PIN codes may have limited courier serviceability. If your PIN code is not serviceable by our courier partners:

  • We will notify you via email
  • We may offer an alternative delivery arrangement or a full refund

12. No International Shipping

This store currently ships only within India. For international orders, please visit our main website or contact us at fans@hangukverse.com for assistance.
